Garnet , dressed in a villager's clothes look absolutely fabulous . With her cascading brown hair with matching honey eyes , everyone who caught sight of her was mesmerized . She's truly a sight to behold . She wore a typical pink commoner's dress with pink flowers as the design . All the men were looking at her adoringly , How she can pull that look off is beyond them . It's so common but she made it look expensive .
"So this is the town ?" Garnet whispered to herself as she strolled around the town . The town was filled with vendors at the side , elders selling weird stuffs and farms . Garnet strolled towards the direction of the market . She caught sight of stalls selling poultries and meat , at the sides , there were food shops and weaponries . It's truly an active place .
Garnet continued to walk around the village , she didn't notice she was about to bump into someone .
Garnet almost fell but strong pair of arms stopped her fall . They locked eyes for about a minute until the stranger broke the silence .
"Are you alright miss?" A masculine voice asked . Garnet studied his face for a while . Blonde hair , bluish-green eyes and white skin . He looks like he's a noble or something . Her thoughts were cut short when she heard the guy talking to her
"Are you alright young miss ?" Garnet saw the concern in his eyes . A gentleman
"Yea" Garnet managed to answer . She started hearing hushes and whispers surrounding them . They both looked at the group of people starting to form around them .
What are they looking at ? Garnet thought then realized immediately the situation they were in . The stranger is still holding her,almost hugging her and her hands are placed firmly on his chest.
Garnet's face reddened in embarrassment as she broke free from his hold
The guy merely smiled at her "I'm sorry for that miss..... ?"
"Gar" Garnet paused then shook her head . She smiled then said "It's Margaret"
The guy smiled widely then took her hand . He kissed her knuckles then said " I am Jareth Von Guildfeld Milady"
"It would be best if we take our leave now Milady" Jareth said , referring to the group of people still watching them
Garnet nodded and laughed awkwardly "sure"
Jareth lead her out of the group of people , Hand firmly holding Garnet's .
"What a cute couple" A girl sighed dreamily
"I want a guy like that too"
"He's a noble isn't he "
"That girl looks like a princess"
Garnet blushed even more after hearing those comments . They misunderstood everything . She was about to protest when Jareth spoke "Do not mind them , It is normal "
She looked at him and saw him smiling warmly at her . She smiled back , still blushing .
Jareth awkwardly cough , catching Garnet's attention . " Are you hungry ? I was wondering if you'd...."
"Sure , I'd love to" Came Garnet's fast reply
They started walking again with Jareth leading her to the place .
"What would you want-" He stopped as he noticed Garnet is missing.
Garnet was delighted that she met a new friend already . As they walked towards somewhere , She couldn't help it but observed everything they passed by . From the shops to the stalls to the people . She stopped right in her tracks when her eyes landed on a young man . He seems....odd - no , different . Garnet couldn't find the right words to describe him . His aura spells danger , the heavy air around him is dark . It's obvious he's not a man to messed with .
Garnet took a step forward towards him , still observing the strange guy . His face is cold and blank with an emotionless expression while his eyes are sharp and deadly . His stride is filled with confidence and authority as he walked away from the crowd . There's something off him . She couldn't place a finger on it though . There's just something in him that separates him from the crowd and Garnet wondered for a while if he's lonely , he seems to be alone and aloof .

Jareth spotted Garnet near the weaponry shop . She seems to be under a trance - a spell . He walked towards her , worried if something wrong happened to her

Garnet was about to approach the strange guy when Jareth grabbed her arm , Immediately breaking her attraction to the man or that's what she thought .Garnet still couldn't take her eyes off him .
"Is something wrong?" She heard Jareth speak . Garnet forced herself to look at Jareth . She smiled then shook her head "No , Nothing" She lied
They started walking again with Jareth's hand placed on hers , to make sure she'll not go missing anymore. She looked back to the place of the strange guy earlier only to find a blank space . He's not there anymore and Garnet thought if She'll be able to see him again or if she'll be seeing him anytime soon
